Great article. Showing vulnerability at work is best done in small doses. Especially if you're management. As a supervisor you set the tone. There is a way to allow and accept vulnerability (by listening, not judging and supporting others) without personally oversharing with those working for you. Because you might perceive yourself as being friendly but a boss-employee relationship is almost never equal. And what choice do an employee have but to listen and agree with you if you talk about your personal issues?
