Thank you so much for reaching out. No, I still have panic attacks (I mention it towards the very end.) If I had a dime for every woman my age with the same problem…

I might have had the beginning of a panic attack when he told me but not to the point where I could not move (which is what happens to me). Instead, I felt a weird sense of calmness. I guess I was shocked or I wouldn’t have made the decision to go grocery shopping right afterwards. That was just strange. But it was a concrete task I knew I could handle.

I am sorry you have to go through this too. It’s so draining. Have you found anything that works for you?
